All High School Students will begin with their scales on a prescribed starting pitch
as detailed below:
Soprano1: Begin at F above middle C
Soprano 2: Begin at Eb above middle C
Alto 1: Begin at F below middle C
Alto 2: Begin on middle C
Tenor 1: Begin at F below middle C
Tenor 2: Begin to Eb below middle C
Bass 1: Begin at D below middle C
Bass: Begin at Bb a 9th below middle C
